Bruce Springsteen is playing here at Winterland on December 12, 1978. This was before he became the BOSS. These days he was playing 4 hour concerts with no break. His encores were up to 6 more songs. Everyone was beat from the shear excitement. The next night I packed the cars with my friends who thought this was crazy, no one could be as great as I was yelling. After the show they were all true beleivers. We knew we had just seen the future of Rock and Roll.
